To display MapTiler Map Data, you have purchased from MapTiler Data or, your own map data processed with your licensed MapTiler Desktop software, or your own MBTiles or Geopackage data.Įach license covers a single instance and/or installation of MapTiler Server, unless otherwise agreed with MapTiler. MAPTILER 0.6.3 LICENSE SOFTWARE
Integrate the services provided by the Software with a single online, offline, desktop, or mobile application targeting natural persons (individuals, general public) only. Software and any part thereof may be used for a single internal application, serving maps to maximum 100 end-users or devices. You may use the Software solely for these forms of use: MapTiler Desktop) or from the MapTiler Free Data Starter Pack. Only permitted to serve data made using the MapTiler platform (i.e. You may only use the Maptiler Server Free demo for non-commercial personal use.ĭisplay data from MapTiler platform only. Permitted Use and Use Requiring Custom Plan All Updates are subject to the same license conditions as the Software. Updates or new features of the Software (“Updates”) developed by MapTiler are supplied to the Customer only if Updates were purchased during the Software purchasing process. The Customer may only use the Software until the termination or expiration of the subscription, whichever is earliest. The limitations to the license subscriptions are specified at. The extent of the provided functionality, as well as other specific features of the Software, depends on the chosen license subscription. The Software is available in various license subscriptions, including a free plan for evaluation purposes. Subject to the Terms, MapTiler hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for the purpose specified in this Agreement.
